How it all began

Our Story

We met right at the start of our first year at Grove City College at the first dance club event of the year, and continued to get to know each other as we learned swing, ballroom, and then line dance together.

As the only two to participate consistently in all three dance clubs (plus free dance), we got to know each other quite well and hit it off quickly! Many evenings, we stayed long after the music ended talking about our shared interests (“Wait, you like bugs too?”).

We decided to get to know each other more intentionally starting in November that year and have since spent hours upon hours in prayer and in deep conversations about faith, with a few bug-collecting and foraging excursions along the way.

Cole proposed on April 26, 2026, and we are now joyfully preparing for our upcoming marriage!

The Venue

  1. Call Courtney at 304-269-8882 and leave a message with your requested check-in and check-out dates and reservation number. She will add the dates and send confirmation by email.
